Who it's for
Owners & MDs
See total sales across every channel on one dashboard — no more toggling three admin panels.
E-commerce managers
One place for orders, refunds, fees and inventory across marketplaces.

Payouts and fees reconciled per channel, ready to tie back to Xero.
Why teams love it
Outcomes, not just features.
One view of every channel
Shopify + Amazon + eBay orders normalised into a single sales table.
Blended & per-channel KPIs
Total revenue, per-channel margin, top SKUs — same period, same rules.
Feeds the Product Matrix
Every marketplace order lands as line items — customers × products, cross-channel.
Refunds & fees included
Not just gross — net revenue after marketplace fees, refunds and shipping.
How it works
Connect a store
OAuth into Shopify or eBay in a few clicks. Amazon uses SP-API with your seller credentials.
Backfill history
DARCY pulls the last 12 months of orders, products and payouts so your reports are useful on day one.
Stays in sync
Webhooks where the marketplace supports them; scheduled polling where it doesn't.
Everything included

Normalised schema
One channel_orders / channel_order_lines / channel_payouts model — channel-agnostic.
12-month backfill
Historical orders and payouts on connect, so KPIs and matrices are populated immediately.
Near real-time updates
Webhooks + scheduled polling with per-run audit and retry.
Reporting
Channel filter everywhere
Sales, KPIs, Product Matrix and Customer Intelligence gain a per-channel breakdown.
Net revenue view
Gross minus fees, refunds and shipping — reconciled per marketplace payout.
Cross-channel customers
Match buyers across marketplaces where identifiers allow.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a paid Shopify / Amazon / eBay plan?+
You need whatever plan lets the marketplace expose its API to third-party apps. For Shopify any standard plan works. Amazon requires an active Professional Seller account and SP-API developer approval on the seller side.
Is this read-only?+
Yes, at launch. We pull sales, products, refunds and payouts back into DARCY for analysis. Write-back (creating listings, editing inventory) is on the roadmap.
How does it handle refunds and fees?+
Refunds attach to their original order; marketplace fees are captured against each payout so you see net revenue, not just gross.
How far back does the initial sync go?+
12 months by default. You can request a longer backfill from settings — larger histories run overnight.
Amazon's SP-API needs approval — will DARCY handle that?+
Tenant-side. Amazon requires the seller to grant role access to a registered SP-API application. We provide the setup steps and the credential-paste flow; the approval itself sits with Amazon and the seller.
