Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first paid invoice. If DARCY isn't the right fit within those 30 days, contact us and we'll issue a full refund of your most recent payment.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund directly at paddle.net, or email hello@darcy.com.ai from the address associated with your workspace and we will arrange it. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After the 30-day window
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the billing dashboard. You retain access until the end of the paid period; we do not pro-rate mid-cycle cancellations.
Duplicate or fraudulent charges
Contact us immediately at hello@darcy.com.ai — we will investigate and refund any confirmed duplicate or unauthorised charge.
