Built by a business owner who couldn't find one system that actually joined up.
DARCY is the software the team behind BEAUTYPRO spent a decade wishing existed. BEAUTYPRO became our first live customer — proving every module in a real UK SME before we opened DARCY up to everyone else. One workspace for accounts, sales, workplace and people, wired straight into Xero from day one.
The founders — built in the business, for businessesRunning BEAUTYPRO meant juggling Xero, a CRM, a bookings tool, an HR tool and a stack of spreadsheets held together with email. Every question worth asking — who owes us? which customers stopped buying? what's the margin on this product line? who's on-site today? — needed three logins and a spreadsheet to answer.

We looked for one system that could handle sales, purchasing, workplace and people together, and always hit the same wall: either an ERP built for factories, or a stack of point tools that didn't talk to each other, or a bespoke build that would take two years and cost more than the problem.
So we built it. Starting with the pain we knew best — Xero-first accounts and a real customer × product matrix — and expanding outward into the rest of the operational surface a modern business actually touches every day.
Xero-native, not Xero-adjacent.
Most tools "integrate with Xero" via a nightly CSV. DARCY reads and writes Xero live — contacts, chart of accounts, tracking codes, bills, invoices, credit notes and bank feeds. If it's in Xero, it's in DARCY the moment it happens.

Two-way, real-time
Contacts, accounts, tracking codes, bills, invoices, credit notes and bank feeds — live in both directions. No CSV, no nightly sync gap.
The reports Xero can't give you
Product popularity per customer, value per customer, dormant accounts, category mix, agent performance — all from Xero line-item data.
AP inbox that posts back
Forward a supplier invoice; AI extracts and matches against your live Xero master data; approver clicks a link; the bill lands in Xero coded, tracked and attached.
Xero is where the finance truth lives. DARCY is where the rest of the business plugs into it.

Built for the way UK teams actually work.
Real work, real decisions, real numbers — not another dashboard that ships once and never gets loved.
Four principles that shape every screen
- One workspace beats five subscriptions.
- AI should remove typing, not add meetings.
- Owners should see the numbers on Monday morning, not month-end.
- Software should feel built for the people using it — not the accountants auditing it.
